Whether you are preparing for upcoming cancer treatments or navigating your recovery, movement is a powerful tool for healing. Mobility Done Differently is a specialized prehab and rehab class designed to help you gently rebuild strength, manage side effects, and regain confidence in your body at a pace that is completely your own.
We know that a cancer diagnosis changes how you move and feel.
That’s why we’ve stripped away the expectations of traditional fitness classes. Here, there is no "pushing through the pain" or keeping up with the person next to you. Instead, we focus on mindful, functional movement that meets you exactly where you are today.

Adaptable for Every Body: Every exercise can be done seated, standing, or holding onto a support. We provide variations for every movement, ensuring you remain safe and comfortable, regardless of your current energy levels, surgical restrictions, or mobility limitations.
