Free Consultation Call — Terms & Conditions This is a free, no-obligation call to talk through what is going on and whether we are the right people to help. It lasts around 30 minutes and takes place over the phone. There is no charge The call is free. There is no fee if you cannot make it and nothing to pay afterwards. If something comes up, please let us know so we can offer the time to someone else who is waiting. What the call is, and is not It is a conversation. We will listen, ask questions and explain what we think your options are, including what each one costs. We will not diagnose or treat anything during the call, and we will not carry out an assessment — that happens in person if you decide to go ahead. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you in a better direction where we can. Your information Anything you tell us is treated in confidence. We keep a brief record of the call so that we can pick things up properly if you book with us. Our privacy notice explains how we look after your information and what your rights are.
