Terms and Conditions for Unity Recovery Session 1. Description of Service The service provided is for a "Unity Recovery Session," performed by a qualified Sports Therapist. This may include a consultation, assessment, and sports massage treatment tailored to your needs. The specific content of the session will be determined by the therapist based on your disclosed health information and a professional assessment. 2. Payment and Booking All session purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. If agreed by the practice, Recovery Sessions can be paid via invoice, however these will be subject to late payment fees if not paid before the session, including up to the day and time of the session. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To be fair to both our therapists and other clients, we have the following cancellation policy: -24-Hour Notice Required: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. -Failure to Provide Notice: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment (a "no-show"), the session will be considered rendered. You will forfeit the full payment for that session, and no refund will be issued. Exceptional Circumstances: We may consider waiving this policy in cases of genuine emergency at our sole discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. 4. Health and Disclosure You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your health history and any medical conditions. Failure to disclose relevant health information may impact the safety and effectiveness of the treatment and may result in the session being terminated without a refund. 5. Liability Our therapists are qualified Sports Therapists, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or after the session, except where caused by our professional negligence. 6. Data Protection and Privacy Any personal and health information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
