Cancellation Policy

Sports Massage — Terms & Conditions Our sports massage is clinically led and delivered by a qualified therapist. It is a soft-tissue treatment to support recovery, mobility and comfort. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional. Booking and payment Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless we have agreed otherwise. Your session runs for the length of time booked. If you arrive late, we will do our best to help but cannot usually extend the appointment, and the full fee still applies. Changes and cancellations Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the full fee is payable. We know emergencies happen — please tell us as soon as you can and we will always consider individual circumstances. Your health Please tell your therapist about any injuries, medical conditions, medication, allergies or pregnancy before your treatment starts. Some conditions mean massage is not suitable, and your therapist may suggest a different service or ask you to speak to your GP first. Tell them straight away if anything is uncomfortable — you can ask them to stop at any time. Afterwards Some short-term soreness is normal. Drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day. Under 18s Clients under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian, who must attend the appointment. Your information We keep a record of your treatment. Our privacy notice explains how we look after your information and what your rights are.
